Fully self-contained - generator, processing equipment and seed treatment system all on board. No mains connection needed. Operational in under 20 minutes.
Colour Sorter
Full-Colour RGB Optical Sorter
Dual-bank RGB cameras - front and rear - image every grain simultaneously. Multiple parallel chutes achieve high throughput without sacrificing accuracy. Detection sensitivity is configurable per contaminant type: ergot, blackgrass and bunt addressed independently in a single pass.

Density Selector
Precision Density Selector
Screens grade by size. Density selection sort by specific weight. The grain to be separated is delivered to the reciprocating deck via a flow regulator. The grain flows over specific sized screens for the crop type, where adjustable air flow allows the heavier, boldest grain to fall through to the second deck; light impurities float over the top of the deck and goes to screenings. Stones and clods are moved to the highest point of the deck and discharge to screening.

Multiple precision-machined sieve decks matched per crop type. Full screen complement for all major arable crops. Screen changes take under 15 minutes between commodity, which is important when processing multiple commodities in a single visit.
